(1) The Government of Nepal may provide financial subsidies for the operation of shops to the cooperative organizations selected to operate shops in accordance with this regulation.
(2) The public institutions owned by the Government of Nepal shall give the exclusive rights of dealership or distribution within the village development committee area to the shops operating in the village development committee.
